Wow! Where do I even begin? I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Making Midlife Marvelous group coaching experience, but it was so much more than I even imagined. The idea of a health coach was new to me, but I knew Rhonda through a small group weight training we had done together, so I felt confident going to her for the extra support I was looking for.
